About Rebecca
Rebecca Vasquez is an accomplished Human Resources leader with more than 26 years of experience supporting organizations across manufacturing, healthcare, behavioral health, consulting, education, and government sectors. A proud military spouse now based in Colorado, she has partnered with companies ranging from 100 to over 850 employees, consistently strengthening workforce operations, elevating talent practices, and shaping people-centered cultures.
Rebecca’s expertise spans the full HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition from entry- level to executive roles, onboarding, compliance, multi-state labor practices, HRIS implementation, continuing-education systems, performance processes, and state audit preparation and leadership. She has successfully managed and optimized ATS platforms, social media recruiting strategies, and workforce pipelines in collaboration with organizations and military installations across Kansas, Illinois, Arizona, and Colorado. Throughout her career, Rebecca has served as a trusted point of contact for employees and leadership alike—overseeing background checks, licensure reviews, orientation programs, and engagement initiatives for diverse and multilingual workforces. She is known for her empathetic communication style and her ability to build strong relationships that support organizational development, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service.
Rebecca’s work extends deeply into veteran and military-community career development. She has coached transitioning service members in resume writing, self-branding, mock interviews, and career planning, while cultivating employer partnerships and leveraging resources from chambers of commerce, SHRM chapters, National Guard units, military bases, and workforce centers. She later served as a remote government contractor for the State of Colorado, supporting the Department of Defense’s Hero2Hired program, facilitating Department of Labor TAPS (Transition Assistance Program for all service branches), and volunteering as a Support Technician with Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve.
Driven by a commitment to meaningful impact, Rebecca is dedicated to fostering inclusive workplaces where employees can grow, contribute, and thrive.
