Edward Tilton


As the Program Director Edward works to oversee the direction of programming and creating individualized care plans for the guests at Restoration. Prior to his role at Restorations, Edward has worked to develop a number of community programs and has a proven history of working with both youth and families that were impacted by addiction.
Edward is Certified Addiction Counselor III and holds a Master’s in Public Administration. With his time in the field, he has established a wealth of diverse clinical experiences in treating individuals, families, and groups with a range of emotional and substance disorders. In working with both the families and loved ones Edward takes a strength-based client-centered approach that allows for mutual responsibility and ownership to take place in the process of recovery. Edward’s multiple areas of specialized training include assessment and development, program design and instruction. Edward utilizes both theories of attachment along with a cognitive-behavioral approach as his perspective for treatment and helping those with substance use disorders, behavioral problems, depression, anxiety, and emotional disorders find recovery.
